Impak Facility Management System
To make any service or maintenance request please utilize our secure tenant services system called Impak facility management system. This password-protected system will allow you to submit Service Requests, view Request Status Reports and ensure that the information that you enter remains confidential.

To Set-up a New Employee
Please complete the Impak Employee Username Request Form to obtain access to Impak.
One or more of the employees from your office will also need to be authorized to approve any items that are above standard and billable.
