Worth & Associates develops office and flex office buildings (in multi-building office parks) to hold for our own long-term investment. We also lease and manage all of our properties. Inwood Village I is a two story 77,035 sq. ft. building that features 31 move-in ready Class A office suites ranging in size from 1,300 sq. ft. to 7,500 sq. ft. The suites can be combined to form larger contiguous spaces and are available for lease now. Some of the amenities include two common conference rooms with state of the art audio and visual equipment, common area tenant lounge, outdoor patio and deck, pre-wired suites for voice and date, 10' ceiling height, on-site property management and is secured by cameras and card access system.
Inwood Village II is planned to be a two story class A office building featuring 74,000 sq. ft. of space. The building will feature flexible space plans that can accommodate multiple business needs and outdoor meeting and picnic areas all in a beautiful campus like setting with native trees and scenic landscaping.
Inwood Village is located at the intersection of Bitters Road and Loop 1604. The site provides excellent access to Loop 1604, Bitters Road, IH-10 and Highway 281 and is in close proximity to plenty of shops, restaurants, great neighborhoods and other area amenities.
